Before you pick

A short note from the cohort — what we've learned about picking well.

  1. Only pick what you can write in two weeks. The slow part is the point — the late part is not.
  2. Pass on requests asking for advice you don't have. Someone else is a better match.
  3. Write in your own handwriting, on your own paper. Imperfect is the point.
  4. When you pick, we send a postage-paid envelope to your address within 48 hours.
